SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much will shipping cost?

Rather than providing confusing destination and weight tables, per order shipping and handling charges are as follows:

$0 to $10 = $4.95

$10 to $50 = $8.95

$50 to $100 = $12.95

$100 to $200 = $17.95

$200+ = $24.95

The above charges are the maximum shipping and handling charge per order (not per item).

NOTE: There is an additional $20 charge for delivery of items exceeding 5kgs to the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

What are my shipping options?

The rates set out above are for delivery either by express post or courier. Small items under 3kgs will be delivered Express Post by Australia Post. Items over 3kgs but under 5kgs which are not too large will be delivered by courier in an express parcel bag. Items over 5kgs will be boxed and delivered by courier. You are able to track the shipment of your parcel online via our courier company’s website should you wish to do so.

When will I receive my order?

Items held in stock are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of full payment receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Any items not currently in stock are dispatched as soon as they are received from the supplier (1-5 days after order placement). We will advise you as soon as possible after you place your order if an item is not currently in stock.  Depending on where you reside, your order should be delivered to your door within 1 to 7 working days from placing the order. If delays occur, we will advise you of any revised estimated delivery date. We endeavour to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address for an order I have already placed?  

Provided an item is yet to be shipped, you can change the delivery address by contacting us. Once it is shipped, it is too late to alter the delivery address.

What happens if I don’t receive my order? What should I do?

If you have not received your item and are concerned, please communicate this to us by sending an email to amanda@jessandjem.com.au.  Please don’t forget to include your Jess & Jem order number.

How will the item be delivered if I am not at home?  

For most of our deliveries we use either Australia Post standard mail or their business parcel service. Standard mail will go directly into your mailbox.  Australia Post will attempt delivery of a parcel, and if no one is at home, they will leave an attempted delivery note instructing you to collect your item at your local Post Office. Both Australia Post services allow us to deliver to Post Office boxes. If your purchase is a larger item requiring delivery by courier, and no one is at home to receive it, a note will be left for you containing instructions as to when the item will be delivered again or where you can collect it.

If I buy two or more items can I select multiple shipping addresses?

No, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you want to send a second or third item to a separate address, you will have to place a separate order.
